Apollo Technologies provides healthcare software solutions including but not limited to Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS), Hospital Management System (HMS), and Pharmacy Management System (PMS). Our services include software licensing, implementation, training, and ongoing support.

When you create an account with us, you must:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Promptly update your account information if it changes
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

4. Intellectual Property

The content, features, and functionality of our services, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are owned by Apollo Technologies and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

5. License Grant

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, Apollo Technologies grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use our software services for your internal business purposes. This license does not include the right to:

• Copy, modify, or create derivative works of the software
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code
• Rent, lease, or lend the software to third parties
• Use the software for any unlawful purpose

6. Payment Terms

Fees for our services are as described in your service agreement or order form. You agree to pay all fees when due. All payments are non-refundable except as expressly stated in these Terms or your service agreement. We reserve the right to modify our fees upon reasonable notice.

7. Data and Content

You retain ownership of the data you submit to our services. You grant us a limited license to use, process, and store your data solely for the purpose of providing our services. We implement appropriate security measures to protect your data but cannot guarantee complete security.

8. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use our services for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity of our services
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of our services
• Transmit any viruses, malware, or harmful code

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Apollo Technologies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for our services in the twelve months preceding the claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Apollo Technologies and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of or relating to your use of our services or violation of these Terms.

12. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to our services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use our services will immediately cease. We may delete your account and associated data upon termination.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Thiruvarur, Tamil Nadu.

14. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any material changes by posting the updated Terms on our website. Your continued use of our services after any such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
